The White Cat's Revenge as Plotted from the Dragon King's Lap

Some reviews for the novel are pretty bad, so even though I wanna read more, I'll just wait.

For those curious, people are saying Ahashi remains one-note, the dragon king gets so obessed over Ruri when he finds out her identity that it boarders on abusive, Ruri is a doormat, the politics and worldbuilding is nonsensical, etc. Although I don't usually just take others' word when they say a story is bad, I can definitely see this manga becoming unbearable if it took itself seriously like the novel seems to.

I'm a bit confused 'coz the novel and manga kinda have different plot 🤔 ... ...Well, no matter what version, both of them still really sweeeet😆

@Hikari_Yuki Ikr! I also think that it was a bit different from the novel and thought maybe i was remembering it wrong. Anyway, i am excited to read the new plot and what it'll lead to :D

Maybe Asahi is actually outplaying everyone rn, coz she's a secret evil genius manipulator undercover

done reading the WN, let me say this, the ending is... ... ... shoujo are hella weird sometime, is this really what a young girl fantasizing?

Yo is the WN/LN worth the read if I want to get ahead? I like the plotline, Ruri, and the fairies but the updates are slow. Does it deviate a lot between the manga adaption and the WN/LN?
