The school is ruined. He’s evacuating with the gacha girl, dojo girl, rikka and the dogs. I don’t see the other guy anywhere, probably he fell somewhere in the school? Rikka also looks down, so it probably is. I glad the dojo girl wasn’t brainwashed or at least not dead.
