@krobelus The flashback with adult Amelia is the isekai'ed main character, not the original. If it was the original, it's likely she would've stayed ignorant and be all smiles when saying "We'll get through this" instead of being soul sucked and crying.

Edit: also I think it's ok to have her isekai'd as a person who would be more financially responsible and stuff. One of the big things about these isekai is how the FL would take initiative to fix things, so yeah.
