the time doesn't make any sense but I'm impressed with the progress
also the production values went way the fuck up in this chapter, look at the framing and everything. Is that a WIDE SHOT?
This almost seems like a special post for #20. I wonder if this is a one-off or if he'll maybe do this again for # 40, 60, 80, 100 (which will probably be longer to help wrap up story).
@pants Your point being...?
Yes, it's stupid because it's a copycat and just shows how many authors can't come up with their own original ideas. And yes, it's even more stupid when they don't even follow the format they picked. Why make a copycat of croc story if you don't even stick to it?
Croc-kun's story was meaningful. The death in 100 days format was here to show you how sudden death can be, and how you should treasure every day, and never push things to tomorrow or else you might regret it. Following the daily life of a character that you knew would die in 100 days, seeing his carefree life etc, was here to give you a shock. The original author picked this format because it made sense, it wasn't just a pointless choice.
My problem with this format becoming a thing is that there is no such meaning in here. It makes me feel like the author literally just copied this format to follow the trend and make their 4koma more popular... And even more so when they don't even stick to the format they picked. What's the point of picking this format then, other than just to surf on the new trend?
