I'm not sure if he's actually burned out though. 30-31 pages a month shouldn't really be that big of a deal for the average mangaka. And considering each page only contain very few panels should make it even easier. A mangaka isn't like your average Amerilard sparkledog tumblr webcomic artist that has trouble releasing a page a week.
Maybe he's just getting bored of the concept of the story, or maybe he's not used to the fact that he needs to directly finish and release each page publicly every day.
