She could easily just say "I'm afraid I can't tell you what I know, I made a vow in the goddess' name after all" or something along those lines. That's such a big deal that I'd imagine he'd immediately figure out that she knows.
That'd allow characters to know things and give us exposition, though, and obviously we can't have that.

@Keansor That's also how I felt about it. Also, wouldn't it have been a better made vow had she vowed to not tell about it to anyone who doesn't already know? That way she'd be able to talk about it to the few people who do know. As of now, the only person she can talk to about it is Julius.

@Sancturil Ah yeah that's a good point too. She really should have made it "I vow not to tell anyone without you saying it's okay first." Hopefully there's a way to re-do them.

@Mabbo A lot of authors should probably be doing that too if they weren't already. I have seen a few people who write stuff mentioning having to go back through their older stuff to check things before. If you think you're gonna use it again or even just mention it again, probably write it down somewhere to keep it handy.
