This Life to the Next - Vol. 1 Ch. 6

I know I'm reading into it too much, but I have a hard time enjoying stories that involve the afterlife where they punish and torture those who've done bad things and reward those who've done good things since it's not like people are all good or all bad. Even the worst people have people who love them, so there's no way they could enjoy themselves peacefully knowing someone they love is suffering unending torture. Plus, how would suffering constant agony for centuries make someone a better person, especially if they don't remember it? If anything that would fill them with hatred and bitterness rather than real regret or self reflection.

Not really a big deal, I know it's just a comic and all that, but it does kind of ruin the enjoyment/immersion into the world of the story for me a bit when I come across that kind of thing.

What's with the punishment of sexual assault, they have to say in lots of wind for a year? So light a punishment compared to the other punishments and the sin so major compared to the other sins.

So... what happened to the original Yeomra? This one has only been around for 100 years..... hmmmmm....

The punishment for sexual assault is so minor. Borrowing something and never returning it really has a harsher punishment? Probably got a good chuck of people with that one. And problems with commercial business? That’s a sin?
