Ok, we all like coming up with theories so here's mine.
Louisa originally came from Earth.
She fell in love with the hero and faced the demon lord.
She sacrificed herself to save the hero, which is the reason they have the festival.
Demon lord cursed her to always fail to marry the hero, since the demon lord loves Louisa too.
Graham and Demon lord had talk, but Graham refused to give up Louisa unlike the other heroes who gave up Louisa for her safety.
Since Graham didn't give up Louisa, she's in for a baaaad time.
