Thanks soooooooooo much for putting the effort into compiling such a great list. I've read almost all the Villainess ones but most of the other stuff are new to me, so it looks like I'll have you to thank for all the time I'm about waste in otome hell These sort of shoujoish isekai have really changed my mind on this genre which I've always seen as trashy harem bait for lonely otaku (lol). I've enjoyed almost all the otome isekai I've given a try whereas 90% of standard isekai are a huge turn off from chapter 1. Really hope the upcoming Bakarina anime will be amazing and make way for more otome isekai adaptations since there are only generic escapist RPG wish fulfillment anime in the market right now ><

Also, Vengeful White Cat is indeed super good and has great art (even by the high standards of otome manga). You gotta read it!

Caught up. Great read, but its unfortunate this story moves so fast.
Really wish they would have brought up how she was maintained her spy act at least once. She basically gave out some info in ch2, received the spy status, and then never talked to the empress again.
