That's a nice arc and I like it. There have to be something that can allow them to open more to each other and nothing works as good as solving the misunderstandings, just like makeup sex tastes better than usual.

I was worried what we'll get after the prince is back, even that the series will rush to the conclusion and ending, but looks like we're still in for a ride.

Sooo I took a look in the raws. Can't read hangul so I just skimmed.

For those lazy to look at the raws, here
are some spoilers. I worded it with least spoilers as much as possible, but I'm tagging it just in case:

It seems things will be a bit better in the next chapter (35). There's a funny Cesar part, and the two leads actually talk (but I don't know what they talked about). I don't think Cesar brought up his insecurities yet, though.

After that (36), there's a ball, but it's like practically nothing happens plot-wise.

But after that (37) there's a lot of things, like yesss FINALLY something. Cesar asks Canaria about the "rumors"(?). I don't know exactly how their talk went but it looks okay, BUT there are still loose ends.

They didn't talk about everything again UNTIL chapter 41 and 42 where Cesar finally remembers that time when they were still children. The scene that results is funny and sweet.

There's another arc starting too, with a bit heavier (politically) stuff, but at least there is progress between MC and ML (like seriously I was gushing aaakshskah).

Just, one thing: CESAR IS AN ADORABLE IDIOT. JUST. AGHHH HIS EXPRESSIONS ARE KILLING ME.

I was almost done with this story honestly hahaha. But after taking a look at the raws, guess I'll just wait for the chapters to stack and read them in one go ahaha.

I guess because he's been so reluctant to be affectionate with her, he's transferring his desire onto Noah and getting jealous because of that.

In chapter 40, Cesar tells Canaria that he doesn't want to divorce because he likes her.

In chapter 44, they finally kiss.

Okay, they didn't actually kiss, but at least they both tried.
