Everytime Canaria comes on screen I sympathize with Cesar.
The author draws her too pretty! Too pretty!

It's not surprising that Canaria's freaking out. A war is not an easy thing to just happen and she can't judge how strong is the ripple effect of her actions. I don't know either though!
I guess the Parlams are freaking out somehow? And want Cesar gone again?
