I think the editor should have arranged the chapters differently; chapters 1, 5, 3, 2, then 4 (you could swap 1 and 5 or 2 and 4 for your preference) this order would have been more satisfying.

I would have also liked a yuri route chapter; either the villainess + maid in exile, or villainess + heroine.

- 2 and 4 take first place(mostly due to both of them having a really satisfying ending, I wouldn't mind these 2 having their own long form series)
- 3 takes second due to the "happy" ending LOL
- 5 is third, it was simple and kinda cute, it reminded me of "The Villainess Is Adored by the Crown Prince of the Neighboring Kingdom " but bare bones.
- 1 is last, oooof that was a meh beginning for this series of one shots.

The way the prince and ex-fiancee talked about "giving over" Charlotte (she was standing right there and they didn't even check in on her opinion for formality's sake) and the prince's sinister expressions in the last few pages, together, bode ill for the "ever after" of this happy ending. On Charlotte's end, at least; I'm sure the prince will be perfectly happy.

I dunno if this is better or worse than the first oneshot. The prince in that one is more obviously toxic, but this one gives me the heebie-jeebies.

I'm the only one who feels scared by Prince Clovis? It's like he is a yandere or something. Since he was little he looked after the MC in the shadows and was aimed to do something to break her engagement and marry her ( prince Clovis words when he says " my move " ) but was waiting and act fast when he found out the annulment of Charlotte engagement.
That's creepy as hell he for sure stalked her al the time to make sure to has a chance to take her.

ahh, 1st time the protagonist used physical vioence against the villainess, the closest i remember was being attacked with a jar of spiders, welp this was a ride, the 1st one was bad but the rest were fun, thse one is kinda meh, but overall it was a fun manga
