Frankly, I'm glad there's only 3 chapters and hope, if there are more, they don't get scanlated. Even after 3 chapters, there's absolutely no romance (or touching or hugging or hand-holding or sex) between husband and wife. Why she's in love with him is a complete mystery. Maybe his looks (she needs her eyes checked if that's that case). As for him, he doesn't even seem to like her, so perhaps it's an arranged marriage, or maybe he bought her on the black market.
