@Acolytus Esper levels are quite effective actually.

Misaka was able to go toe to toe against Valkyre, a saint in the novels, they moved at the sound of speed and shit.

Level 5's can be quite the monsters given the circumstances.

Yeah but saints are not even close to the top of the powerlevel bullshittery scale in the Magic Side. Aside from Accelerator, Level 5s seem to cap at saint-level strenght while the Magic Side has a couple fuckers who eat saints for breakfast.
