Having read this, I'm still curious, hoping for more explanations, but I won't get my hopes up too high. The arc is still ain't over after all.
Also, if Railgun does continue beyond this arc, I hope we go into NT stuff.

Now, I wonder if she is some kind of gemstone, since that kind of form is not really scientific at all.
Though, I need to re-read about gemstones again to be sure why it just manifest now and not earlier.
