Yeah, they cut it right before he says something "unexpected". Probably something like "I don't know how it feels to like" or "I'd rather be a couple than have to leave you alone" or something that just doesn't cut it in this situation. Might even say "I want to know why I can see your face". Anything that shows he doesn't reciprocate. If he actually did a "confession", it'd probably come out that he did it out of convenience or some shit. Damnit authors! Just give me smooth sailing for once. ='(
