cheng mo! cheng mo! every time i see cheng mo on screen i get really excited.
there's actually two characters who had their names changed in this chapter:
the first one is professor zuo -> professor wang (the professor who asked xiao he to be his teaching assistant). i thought the original name was really funny, because in chinese we sometimes call writers/artists 'professor' or 'teacher' (老师) as a sign of respect. and the author of the story is named zuo xiaoling, so it was almost like a self-insert character, lol.
the other one is chen yan -> yan zheng (yg's coach). i'm glad we included the meaning of his name in the tl note because i think the irony is hilarious.
