Well I didn't like this entire manga. I thought an Accel spinoff could be used for great world building and seeing sides to Accel we didn't in Index but this manga is just meh full of null ideas and poorly executed characters. It's not generic because generic can be good like My Hero Academia (it's a good manga but there's not really anything unique at all with it. It just executes the Shounen formula to perfection) but I didn't enjoy any of this and it seemed like wasted potential and I love Accelerator as a character. 2/10
