Shame it'll be a while before we see Hamazura again, but this moment was more than worth the wait and I hope similar moments in the future are also worth it.

As for the actual content of the chapter, the battle between Hamazura and Mugino was beautifully done. It makes me hope that this manga can continue into New Testament, so we can see things like

@dend08 i don't watch anime. I am a manga only appreciator. So i don't bother finding it. Is she just knocked out or is she can't be saved anymore? Just like accelerator that got shot on the head. It's pretty clear frey is dead

Hamazura's plan to use Mugino's rotten personality against herself is so much better than the "hey, what do you know? She sucks at killing me" feel of the anime.
This shows how badass Hamazura is, the anime showed how stupid everyone involved was!

And now we finally have some proper explanation to Kakine's actions! He doesn't just have an inferiority complex to Accelerator, he wants to negotiate with Aleistar and even figured out how he spies on everyone!

@AAA1 Don't watch Index III, it's the worst possible adaptation the series could have! Lazily done, severe pacing issues, skipping important details, character motivations and proper resolutions, emotional and iconic moments reduced to hand waves, stock blood splash effects you'd find in a poorly edited parody video on Youtube, terrible sound design with muffled explosions and mute destruction, they changed the iconic Imagine Breaker sound to a speeding car through a tunnel and cramped 9 volumes of the LN into a 24 episode series, so nothing has any time to be properly developed or concluded.

It did mention its use, but only in passing. Cramming a volume full of HAPPENINGS in 3 episodes is too much.
