As far as I know translator team decided to skip chapters between 84-123 because Index III is coming, and those were
in Index II though I for one want them to translate them as well

Chapters weren't really skipped per se. More like there are two people currently translating the manga who uses the same editor/typesetter, and the first one still translating the older chapters while the second one who didn't want to translate the chapters as it was already covered by the anime is translating the newer chapters as it has not been covered by the anime yet.

lol it says toaru but the cover looks like an Umineko cover. Cmon isnt that Battler? and Agne? From the small icon the blonde looked like Ronove. And its even got the gold and blood red motif! you cant blame me for that
