If you Have a photshop Newer version is better,
- Resize The image, ENLARGEMENT (Range 2x to 6x)
- Resample with : Bicubic Smoother
- Filter : Noise > Reduce Noise
- Duplicate Layer
- Filter : Other > High Pass (Usually Radius 3.5 to 9.0)
- High Pass Layer > Use Hard Light or Overlay
- Save Image and Done

@Antairan Aww, I've always been hoping there'd be a better way to zoom with MangaDex. Because of the dimensions of my monitor, if I make the page fit to the height it ends up being too small, but if I make it fit to the width it ends up being too zoomed in. So I usually end up having to switch between dimensions as I'm reading manga just to read small text and see stuff, but then zoom back out so I'm not looking at only one panel at a time. It's really obnoxious, so I wish they would add resizing options.

@Varler If it's for a single page you can just right click and open image in new tab then zoom in and out as you like
