I'm 99% sure the 'Isekai' tag is a mistake.
Probably whoever added the tag mixed up 異世界/isekai and 異種族/ishuzoku, which only share the first kanji (異).
Interspecies Reviewer (異種族レビュアーズ) uses the same kanji, 異種族/ishuzoku/interspecies.
