@dirak Any country with descent social security I guess like most of Western Europe for example. At least in Belgium a doctor has the obligation to do all he can to save a patient. The financial part come after that.
@dirak@Mivas Brazil also have a public health system that, whilst not that efficient for patients that need to treat ailments that kill you with time like cancer (due to bureucracy shit), is pretty efficient for treating emergency cases where there is immediate life risk just like this one.
Wait so how old are these kids? I can't really tell with the art style, even when they draw the adult version of the MC he still looks like his maybe 18 at the oldest and 15 at the youngest.
