Tokyo卍Revengers - Vol. 20 Ch. 177 - Déracinée

I feel like all of this would've worked better if he had shown up in the story beforehand. He appears out of nowhere, suddenly has all these connections to the main characters, now he says he isn't really connected to anyone (by blood) and is dead. I mean it's not awful, but it's hard to care about Izana, his redemption or sad backstory when is basically a surprise brother to one of the more important characters of the manga. Kinda like Sabo in One Piece.

Goddammit - are they still ignoring the fact that they have SOMEBODY with a gun in the vicinity - while the chapter clarifies who he is, they all seem too calm

really appreciate the artstyle and character designs, at first i thought it was weird but now that i've gotten used to it i'm really digging it now

bro I've been feeling a Takamichi return to zero for a while now

I just feel like everybody is gonna get a happy ending with the way this is written
