Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san - Vol. 2 Ch. 17 - Walking through Akihabara

I've been wondering, but what does Sophie's ID say about her age? And yes, she has one, because she does shopping online, so she needs a bank account and for that you need ID.
Essentially, she could just show her ID to prove that she's of age.

@WillTell Shopping online might be the least of her worries. Living in a developed country in general could be difficult without any legal identification. From what I've read from the Internets, foreigner looking people in Japan, in general, would be wise to carry id papers with them if questioned by the police (though I suppose that makes things easier in great many countries). Shopping online, however, only really requires a valid credit card, by Visa preferably. A 360 years old, rich vampire could acquire such "easily" enough, I imagine. It's international, after all, and purely business. In business, money is everything. All in all, she could probably use an existing network of vampires and money to acquire a passport of some country to act as an id. I don't remember anymore how long she has been living in Japan, though, and how she pulled off the long-term residency permit. But since it's Japan and she looks like a beautiful young girl, I bet sucking the blood (non-lethally) of some lolicon pig of a high official was all that was needed to get all the permits and papers she ever wanted.

It honestly makes sense for Vampire to think that "Forever 17" means that the girl saying that is one of them. It's logical, from a direct standpoint at least.

I remember thinking you needed ID and stuff to shop online when I was in elementary school.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she were just an illegal immigrant. Border jumping might not be as hard for an undead.
