We are very much against the idea of us policing scanlation. Staff believe that it is not our place to do so with the exception of certain situations. We try to give users a wide variety of tools to avoid this sort of situation. So long as someone puts an effort into translating and it's not super obvious that the release is a troll, we operate under the assumption that the release is legitimate.
Now personally, and I want to stress the *personal* part, I believe that what this uploader is doing is a complete dick move. It's clearly done to troll readers and groups. It looks pretty obvious to me when you look at his upload history. He moves on once the entertainment value is gone.
My advice to you, if you and others feel strongly about this situation, is to create a thread in the suggestion forum about expanding our current rules or releasing a new rule to deal with this situation. The louder you are about it, the more likely you will be to get an official response.

They wait or they go read raws. Just because you want something now, don't justify that other had to undergo it. Like i said there is a team who's already working on it so people should just be patient and wait for the team to translate this chapter. Also i hate to judge peoplesbut saying that sound like those peoples are spoiled kids.
That too is bad thinking. Just because i'm not force to read doesn't mean it's ok to do it. I don't want tocome on Mangadex, seeing the manga has been updated but oh it's a chapter way ahead and not by the regular team.

Irrelevant, trolling is still banned for comments, and no one is forcing people to read such comments, but they're still banned. If it applies to comments, I see no reason for it not to apply to translations.
And of course you don't, because you're in full support of these sorts of chapters. There's a reason he got comment banned the other day; calling people CBs, and throwing out the fallacious response of "don't read it" on chapters such as these, with "slang" the chapter clearly didn't use is reaction hunting and trolling.

@Yautja "Don't read it" is in no such way a "fallacious response" you have no one forcing you to read a translation you clearly don't like. I'll make the assumption you mean choosing beggars by CBs and again you can not like the person and you can not like the translation but by definition that makes you a choosing beggar saying this thing isn't good enough for the almighty me . Thankfully you aren't alone in the sentiment so you'll eventually get a translation you approve of I'm most sure. So I guess I'll leave you to that.

Criticizing something "free" does not make you a CB. Me saying someone is an idiot for emptying an empty garbage can or washing my windows on the freeway is not me being a CB. Asking someone not to do something is not what a CB is.

Choosing beggar - Here is the definition, again. Notice how money is always mentioned. Here are the CB subreddit's definitions of choosy and beggar:

Choosy: Person must have unreasonable standards or have a comical sense of entitlement
You went to public school and got an education.
You criticized teachers that didn't do a good job.
You're not a CB for doing that.
What people are criticizing is someone jumping several chapters ahead of an ongoing translation for no reason other than to irritate people. Educate yourself on what a CB is. Forgetting a bit of "when" here . Yes i want the chapter to be translated but not now and here it's where the problem lie
Good for you if you don't have problems with that but some have. So yes we complain but if you don't do it, that kind of things will continue and more people who don't want it will complain.

Other people are saying "the manga doesn't use this word or anything like that word" and "he's trolling and irritating people by sniping translations and posting skipped chapters or spoilers" as well as "it sucks" which is a valid criticism. If you get a free sandwich at Costco you're aloud to say "this sucks" and are not a CB for doing so. You have a really bad habit of straw-manning, and fallacies in general.

We have rolled out an update warning people about chapter gaps, no matter how you enter the chapter. This should be sufficient warning to prevent people from getting accidentally spoiled.
For the record, if the uploader is uploading future chapters for the sole intention of pissing people off, then I agree with Zeph that it is a dick move. However, it is near impossible to have a rule which covers these situations, because "uploading in bad faith" can't be proved, and "uploading future chapters" also covers legitimate cases where it is necessary to do so (official chapters, groups who have pulled out, etc)
Therefore we believe that this new function that warns about gaps should be sufficient. If the reader goes on to read it knowing that there's a massive gap, then that's their fault. It should be impossible to get spoiled accidentally now.

I was thinking about doing New Game sometimes ago because the 1st chapter of the newest 9th volume was very interesting and Doki was dead sleeping at the time, but somebody else actually did that first to wake them up
