It's all cute and fine, but.... they're basically siblings, aren't they? Had he come to their house when he was, like, 10, I would have understood. But they've been living as family under the same roof, with the same parents, ever since they were five. This is no different from a kid getting adopted. She's her sister no matter how you look at it. It's a bit too weird for me.
