The way the protag said those line seems like a flag and that there would be something would happen in the future like the way the author draw the panel and the color and the how the eyes is drawn more detailed than from other panels really shows that the panel and the lines would mean something in the future so its either someone gonna die or the protag gonna get heartbroken

Edit: well the way author draws the panel of a serious scene and a scene that is just fluffy and cute is great tho
