For some reason, this chap in particular made me wonder if carnivore animals can actually eat grains so candidly... -_O

@Solipsist dogs/wolves are omnivores, slimes can eat anything, dragons are probably also omnivores. True carnivores would probably still eat the grains but would not be healthy for them.

"Lol theres no way we can conquer the dungeon."
Later
"Its totally possible isnt it?"

How is it possible to make me crave spider meat when I'm an arachnophobe? I guess it helps when those things are actually as large as a cow

Thank you for translating this. I really appreciate these cozy mangas, where the protagonist is more or less just chilling.

Ok I admit that looks delicious. Maybe I’ll buy some imitation crab sticks tomorrow..

@rollingazn Yeah, but spider legs have no meat, they move by pressuring their internal fluids. I get that not every author needs to whip out a biology text book when writing fantasy but I kinda want them to say something like "the legs are filled with a jelly that when cooked gives the food a rich, umami flavour". Something other than land crab they alway default to.

anyone wanna go try out some fried spider and come back to tell us if it tastes like crab?

@Moth
imitation crab stick don't actually have a lot of crab in it if any. It's like stakable chips (ex: pringles chips can) in a way.
Freshly cooked crab meat is divine with mayo (but tis a pain to extract it from its shell.
Spider crab meat is even tastier than standard crab imo.
