Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi - Ch. 38 - Is THAT thing's meat good?

@TienYL

well in regards to dry meat you could saturate the meat and then rotisserie the meat.

or do the turducken or gooducken method while using meat syringes to keep the meat from drying out during cooking.

@Hi-Im-kirby You know that you literally just proved my point, right? I'm saying that if you're okay with eating shrimp, crab, lobsters, and other shellfish, then you should, by literally the exact same logic, be okay with eating things like spiders because they're VERY closely related in the animal kingdom and actually do have similar tastes as a result. The problem is shown here in this chapter, where the MC thinks eww, spiders, gross.

What you said supports my point.

Tarantula ? this means the chars on this manga cook like Hachama ? /s

this is such a fun series to read!!! not much happens, but you kind of just enjoy their meandering around as they discover new kinds of foods

Eww spider meat. The balls on this man to not waste food and just throw it away or sell it like I would have but he actually tasted it and made a dish, amazing lol
Thanks for the update ❤️

Fun fact: Real tarantula tastes like shrimp (apparently. I've never had it myself.) It's something about them being closely related as arthropods, apparently.

Thanks for the translation. Crab meat is good in a lot of things like hot pot, soup, sushi...but I never imagine they would add it to fried rice lol.

I like crab, but yeah it's not a common occurrence for food
Crab is something you eat on special occasions, so beef really is a staple.
