Whenever I hear or read things like "us knights" in the subject of a sentence, I'm reminded of the infamous "Us Aurochs" thing from FF10, which was intentionally chosen to characterize Tidus as crude and uneducated. It's hard to imagine all these random ppl in various manga like that knight being just as characterized as Tidus. "We knights" as the subject would be the standard, everyday, common dude way of speaking, btw.
