I'm going to reiterate my theory that Tsukasa is actually an immortal and that the little girl we saw in that flashback a few chapters back was actually Tokiko. Tsukasa hasn't aged since that day.

If this were true, it'd add another dimension to this conversation that's a bit tragic.
