Tonikaku Kawaii - Vol. 12 Ch. 110 - YOU wa SHOCK

F**king Hata with the FF and Hokuto no Ken references. This guy is cultured to the max.

I'm sincerely thinking this dudes just chilling all day having fun and occasionally drawing manga just for the heck of it.

I don't understand. Why isn't Tsukasa going to school? She's probably 1st year High School age, if I remember correctly.

@FredFriendly It's been 110 chapters and you haven't picked up on the metric fuckton of hints about Tsukasa being at least a thousand years old and potentially being from the moon? Hell, with all the allusions to Kaguya-hime, I wouldn't be surprised if Tsukasa was Kaguya herself and Nasa the reincarnation of the emperor.

Duh! It's been 110 chapters and you haven't picked up on the deceit that Tsukasa has been pulling on Nasa all this time. If, indeed she is Kaguya, and not merely her 16 year old reincarnation, then she is pretending to be 16 years old and deceiving her husband. If she wants to play at being 16, then she should be going to school.

The two most odd quirks I find with the story so far are 1. why hasn't asked Tsukasa when she will introduce him to parents and 2. why hasn't Nasa asked her why she isn't going to school. Whether or not you believe she is 16, Nasa certainly does since that's what the marriage certificate said.

Why isn't wifey in school? Because high school in Japan is OPTIONAL. You don't HAVE to take part in it, you can go straight into the workforce if you so desire or have the ability to. Sure, most people do, anyways, the extra education may help one get a better job, of course.

Assuming, of course, wifey isn't thousands of years old.

@JumboWheat01 Heck, isn't Nasa a perfect example? He met Tsukasa, spent so long in the hospital he decided not to go to high school and immediately started working.

And he's still smarter than most of us.

@FredFriendly not really. Nasa has already said that he pretty much knows what the deal is with Tsukasa. He just doesn't care because he loves her and he's smart enough not to make a big deal out of it.

In fact the audience being the ones to clamor for clues about Tsukasa's past while Nasa himself couldn't care less is one of the best jokes of the series. The man already has his handholding buffet.
