Hata finally bringing in the plot, probably about to pull another Hayate. This basically changes the perspective we've had on the previous 142+ chapters, albeit slightly. If it weren't for chapter XXX, I'd be more concerned. Hopefully the main conflict in the plot gets to diabetes again eventually, but I am certainly excited to see how this moves forward.
