I apologize if it sounds like I'm criticizing you, I was mainly wanting to discuss what you found confusing. You can't turn a goofy comedy manga into something serious with the flick of a finger. The tension is simply not there. She's been bending the rules of physics since chapter 1, so there's no reason to expect that this won't happen again and she'll save the day. So any pretense of seriousness goes out the window. The author should have stuck to comedy and not tried to introduce artificial drama.

@criver She was never shown to be this strong, and not to mention that the tone actually got serious with people worried about bleeding out. Not to mention, the main point here is Torako's fear of scaring away all her friends and breaking everything she likes,"The world of cardboard" stuff. The point of the manga was her making friends, she never could since everyone got scared away, and now she feels even more of a monster.

I'm still enjoying this. I believe this kind of Torako manga would've been more popular than the comedy we had before.

blame the magazine for cease to exist, author just didn't want the hassle in changing magazine so he chose to end this simultaneously with magazine's last edition
