See here is the thing with Ryuu
He loves Asuka, but he still has lingering affection for actor girl.
He can't satisfy actor girl cause she doesn't want to divorce her douce husband.
He can't satisfy Asuka cause he doesn't want to get married.
So what's he gonna get... NOBODY!!
If Ryuu doesn't make up his mind he's gonna lose Asuka. Cause believe me, Asuka is not going to drop her family values that easily.

You know, I still don't get why he thinks marriage is so bad.
He said Yuuko wouldn't admit she's unhappy being with her unfaithful husband.
Basically the whole Yuuko thing taught him marriage doesn't bring happiness.
But wasn't the whole unhappiness because of the husband's affairs? Why should he worry about Asuka (or him) being unhappy if he can just make sure to love her and be faithful to her? Is he scared of Asuka cheating? Is he expecting himself to cheat?
Idk anymore.
