Touge Oni - Vol. 3 Ch. 10 - Within the Mist

Thanks for the teanslations and the notes! Man, this series has taken a bit of a scifi turn...those immortals sure seem like ayy lmaos.

Slenderman comes for you.

I love the mystical yet scientific feeling all of this has, the Kamis and those Sennins clearly have advanced comprehension of natural phenomena that are more than just mysticism but there is still may thing that still only explainable spiritually.

Seeing the Sennin the first thing that came to mind is that the Orixas would be something like them.

And thanks for your work in this series, i will admit i was struggling to understand the rating, now it makes more sense.

Zen x Miyo ship coming together nicely.

From the sennin test that the MC failed in the previous chapter i thought sennin are uncaring and unfeeling beings, but it seem that they have some common decency and feeling of kinship. I feel like the MC teacher is sabotaging him and being up to no good.

How unlucky/lucky of Zen to have the only people he actually cares about be the very same people he's currently traveling with. The girl was straight up exposing him and unintentionally being a wingman.

I liked the twist progression in this chapter. From starting off with horror, and then ended with space-faring gods capable of speaking through telepathy and swallowing black holes.

Is "tensen" written as 天仙 in Chinese? If so the closest translation should be "Heavenly Sage" or "Heavenly Immortal"

@tblaziken
I followed what wikipedia said, but aren't celestial and heavenly in this context synonymous anyway? They both refer to divine stuff, and celestial has the extra meaning "of space" to it.

They are actual aliens, right ? Just look a bit like human, or appeared to be. The mouth, eyes are too big, the iris is compounded. They travel in space with spaceships.

After black hole, now aliens. This series is something else lol.
Would the Tensen technically be "above" even the Kami?
