@Symuri You mean where Seiga called Miko a beautifully blooming flower? I think it meant that Miko as a person is admirably beautiful (Specifically her moral and talent), just like how you read a good manga and found an admirable and morally just character

(Rock Lee from Naruto or Araragi from Bakemonogatari for example)
