Why is everyone being so angry at how Shun reacted? It seems to be a logical reaction to someone who has just been forcably turned into the opposite gender and just wants to be left alone to sort it out. People cope with things differently, some explode at first and others implode over time....and the vice versa to the two

It's nice for this sort of situation in manga to not be presented as saccharine and without consequences. People who think that this would always end well are deluding themselves, especially with people in puberty being the subject.

while it's cool to actually see the dark side of these things... dysphoria, depression, etc. are all real things that get ignored or glossed over too much in fiction, but... idk I just don't like these characters.

This is a complete different atmosphere from the good old fun gender swap sketch. Even without this "event" Shunn and Yuka already had lot to deal with. Shuun has serious existential problems and changing his body definitely is the worst but i really hate his attitude towards Yuka.
