Trying to find isekai manga

Anyone know of an isekai manga where mc is reincarnated and the gods tell him he has to reincarnate as a god next time he dies and he is basically a demi god and takes away his siblings blessings?

don't think this is it but when the guy dies he is offered the choice a god or a supreme being. He doesn't want to be a god and is sent to another world. I didn't see anything about the siblings blessings but didn't look close.
