Trying to remember this manga

[Kanzen]

I only remember bits and pieces but it was about a Guild leader of the worlds strongest guild but he was a coward and a weakling but all his friends who are super strong made him guild leader.

In the 1st chapter or so a bunch of people showed up to this bar to try and join his guild and he made it a contest by throwing a ring into the crowd and told them the one with the ring in the end could join
