Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu - Ch. 56 - Decisive Battle Of The Greatest Freaks

Ahhh yes. This is the arc that I dropped the novel cause the heroes were hateful and the MC starts to turn retarded. Making the MC character development of hating and being wary human in the previous arc moot.

@benmazalan92
Can you elaborate? The only thing I can immediately pick on, is that dragging this conflict for so many chapters feels pointless, when you have an OPMC.

It's pretty funny how Makoto had already started to think that world is all safe and sound. So, when the goddess bitch pulled a fast one on him suddenly, he's as lost as a small child separated from his/her parents. I would say that reveals something fundamental about Makoto's personality. He's basically a person who can't deal with surprises and performs very poorly when conditions suddenly change. It's, perhaps, not a very unique weakness, however. Lots of people ought to be like that, especially those from developed countries.

@InsomniacReader The irony is of course that he didn't try talking because they both appear human, and if 'just talk' had happened before they cast the spell to remove the goddess's 4x blessing (that they don't know he never had) then they might have taken his request to stop fighting as something other than the cowardice of someone who just had all their advantages stripped away. A perfect confluence of misunderstanding.

This shit is taking too f long. Also, I fucking hate inner monologue now more then ever.

It's starting to reach the point where I dropped the WN. Didn't drope it because it went bad, just decided to follow the manga instead.
Waku waku.

Jesus Christ,he's acting way too desperate for someone who is so fuckin OP and clearly not putting any effort on the fight.It's almost pathetic.

@mruggeri2
At this point in the series, he ISN'T a fighter. He has fought a couple times, but it was just pure blunt force.
This time he was dumped in battle without warning, and immediately lost a chunk of his hand. He's quite literally bleeding to death, and you think he shouldn't be desperate?

Wait until you see
how he turns out. He can solo entire empires with little issue. And he nearly kills Athena herself (yes, the Greek goddess). when she leaves, she can't move either of her arms and her ribs are busted to hell.

Did author just padded this fight with useless monologues and dialogues that resulted to nothing?
I wonder why OP mc isekais always have to make fake build ups to nothing burgers
