You mean Harumi? Personally I really like her character. Her brooding and angry outbursts are just so adorable. Though I think if I were Hotaruko, instead of apologizing for no reason like she does when she runs into Harumi near the end, I would've just said "Fuck off," and walked away. Considering how direct Hotaruko is with Hikaru, it's weird to see her being so needlessly polite.
