sometimes when I look at Noro I would like to slap his face. But the fact that he could actually wait that long makes him total husband material for me

the fact that she waited around 3-4 hours just to see Noro "freak out" is already a sign that she's started to like the guy. If she didn't then she would've stood him up and not even give two shits about him.

With that said, I guess she's not your typical yandere. She's kind of a normal girl with light yandere elements. Almost falling in line to a tsundere.

@etriuswimbleton Yeah, she seems obsessive, but she's not a psycho like most Yandere's. Sometimes she comes off like that, but I think she's just being edgy/depressed and isn't actually considering any of the things she thinks about.
