Welp, it's that kind of manga that makes the male main insert the butt of nearly all jokes. Having mage girl take a few full broad sides helped a bit, but only so far. (It makes that brad more likeable for taking a bit of the weight off of him.) And in the end it might actually help the son to grow up. By making him understand, that games are really just games, even the shitty ones. And to not take things that steal his thunder in an environment, he can't win and doesn't matter that much anyways, too serous. You know...giving up on that game and letting the government officials s*** c***.

Fun fact: the anime caught up to the lhtranslation's releases last week. Second episode. Even if the story was halfway decent (it ain't), the pacing is top-end garbage slow.

This plan is terrible. Its already been stated that this situation is exactly what the MC would want, but they make him useless and give every good thing to his mom. If I was in his position I would be pissed, and I'd probably have an even worse relationship with my mom.
