@Wolvenworks: To be fair, if Melra also take care of other races, it might be taken as 'stealing' children(faith) from those other Gods.

At the same time, those other races don't really worship her either so there's no merit in her using her power for them.

The Goddess Melra only looks empathetic but in truth what i can see from their dialogue is that as long her human followers keep worshipping her she doesn't care if they massacre everyone else. And if the other Gods are also as much xenophobic as her then it is no wonder the Demons kicked everyone's butt during the war. You either stand together or die alone, too bad they choose the latter in the other timeline.



Also I bet Seran had already figured it out the truth from what Kai has been doing.

I wouldn't want to work with her followers either. Not because they're racist but because they would probably sabotage my efforts to save everyone because they're racist.

I feel like the goddess is underestimating him. If she knows he came back in time then she should be VERY wary of him. Because whatever caused humanities extinction, was beaten by him. Not her, not her followers, not any other gods, but him. And honestly, he shouldn't need any help. As far as we know he had no help doing it all the first time, aside from his companions and their fighting power, so it stands to reason that if he simply expanded whatever training and effort he did the first time around then everything should work out pretty well. This is kind of the fear i had with this story, we know how it ends. We know he is the strongest, since he ends up beating the bad guy in the past. It's just he went back in time to do it better and not lose so many people. So realistically, as long as he does whatever he can to get back to his former power, none of the enemies should pose much of a threat, especially since he knows how all of them fight now, having done it once before.

@Darkmint13 considering what they did in the past i wouldn't be surprised if they find new ways to twist her words (since she also doesn't bother if they do some evil to other races in her name) and try to mess up his mission just because "Melra said she loved humans more" or some other justification.
