Is the demon race as a whole in war with humans or was this woman just an outlier?

@MagiciansBlack I'm thinking that there are different factions of the Demon Race, and the factions that are at odds with humans and other races are simply in the majority. The fact that Dale, Kenneth, and Rita have no problem associating with someone of the Demon Race(regardless if she's a child or not) and feel no animosity towards Latina suggests that they either personally know of "good" Demon Kin or they've at least heard of more mellow Demon Kin interacting peacefully with humans. Hard to say for certain given how little information we have at this point in the story.
