I'm kind of confused. Why was Tanaka questioning Ueno about whether or not she took the pills? I get that she was pretending, but she already looked wide awake and was standing when she handed the pills to him. She could have also just woken up just like he and Yamashita did, so she didn't have to pretend to be asleep.

Could the chapter title be modified katakana of こいつ寝とるな perhaps? If that even makes any sense, I'm shit at Japanese. No idea how to make it sound like a sleeping pill in English, though.
The D might be a reference to Lipovitan D.
As for the funny sounding chemicals it looks like puns of siesta and 返事 (reply).

I'll have to mull over what my options are; Japanese is a language in which making a sentence sound like a word is very easy, and English is a language in which it is not.
