I'm guessing ゲロ for げろげろ (disgusting) + カス for trash, "disgusting trash", or I guess in English it's like saying "f-ing trash". So I think she just wanted to to annoy the "f-ing trash" that is Tanaka. But someone who is more fluent in Japanese should correct me on that.
