Nice to see the source of the veil scene featured in the anime OP, though I had imagined the chapter to be more elaborate...

I find it plausible that “maricchi” is a play on “marriage” because of the item being a veil.

Will there ever be a chapter outside of clubroom?

Yamashita routinely hits Tanaka in response to things for which Ueno is plainly responsible. Perhaps Yamashita is too stupid to recognize that responsibility, but it seems that a better explanation might be in her wanting the attention of one of the two other club members to be directed at her.

Yes, but Yamashita also hits Tanaka in cases in which he is not creepy and the person responsible for the chaos is clearly Ueno. And, in any case, one hopes for stories in which the author does more than include such elements, without coherent explanation, simply because they are common.
